A hip and shoulder bump is the only form of tackling after which the player who receives the hip or shoulder bump twice, must dispose of the ball.
Players may bounce the ball once only, and then dispose of the ball via kick or handball. Barging and kicking off the ground is not permitted.
The ball will be thrown-up by the umpire at the start of play, and when touched out of bounds.
