REGISTRATION DETAILS
It is a requirement of our affiliation with the AFL South East that all players and parents complete an online Registration form. (This is required for both Registration and Insurance validation.)
All New players must also submit a Birth Certificate / extract of entry, or Passport, as proof of age before playing any official games, as required by our affiliated league.
A statutory declaration will be acceptable for a maximum period of 6 weeks. After this period, proper documentation must be produced; otherwise, the player will NOT be permitted to continue.
Players must have attained the age of 7 by April 30 to be able to register and play with a team.

COSTS
The fee structure for 2024 is as follows:
All memberships include (up to) four adult memberships for the parent / guardian of the player.
Fees are payable at time of registration of the player(s). All fees must be paid prior to Round 1 unless a payment plan has been organised.
Payment of the relevant Membership Fee shall entitle each player to:-
- Single player - $250
- Family (up to 3 children) - $400
- Additional children - $150

Payment of the relevant Membership Fee shall entitle each player to:-
- Be registered as a Junior Member of the Club, FDJFL and AFLSE registration..
- Accident Insurance cover as held by the affiliated league of the club.
- Trophies, awards and mementos as supplied by the club.
- Individual and team photographs
- Other items as details within the By-Laws of the Club.

INSURANCE
All registered players, with up to date fees, are covered while engaged in training and official games.
Player Accident cover is 75% of non-Medicare-cover expenses.

It is essential that ALL injuries are reported to Team Manager as soon as practical during or after training and matches.
